About Me

I have a lot of magnets.  One from every place I’ve visited (sometimes two…or three); Totems of the memories I have collected, from places I have been, with the people I care about most.  I have been lucky enough to hit the road, catch the train, or soar across country and ocean to see but a small part of earths beauty.  Beautiful people.  Beautiful landscapes.  Beautiful buildings and art and historical artifacts.  Beautiful stories.  That’s what this blog is – stories.  Stories I have collected, just like my magnets.

When I’m not collecting magnets, I am teaching Physics, mentoring student leaders, taking photos and planning my next travel adventure.  While my husband is my favourite partner in my adventures abroad and in life, I also love to travel with friends and family, and my students as well.
